We're having quite a busy month so far.  Julian's in summer camp, the back fence was replaced, the shower downstairs was replaced, the living room/dining room has been painted, and the carpet in those areas is being removed in order for the wood floors underneath to be refinished.  Oh yeah, Ryen got braces too.  Our savings account is screaming, you can actually hear it screaming.  I never knew savings accounts could feel pain... but we're havin' some fun now!

It's getting HOT out, too.  Much time is spent devising ways to stay cool, mostly involving large amounts of water.  I'm very much looking forward to vacation later this month.  It will be the first family vacation in quite a while that does not involve a wedding or some such event.
