Well, Sandra (our friend who was staying with us) got an apartment, so we're doing the room shuffle now.  Ryen gets that room now, so we're officially in remodeling hell.  Next, Julian gets Ryen's old room, then we redo Julian's old room, then of course we'll need to do something because some color won't go with the carpets or some such thing... stay tuned!
